I thought they were kidding when plans for a second University was announced. Well not really kidding, but more of like: set for 10 years from now after meticulous research and planning.

Pg Dr Hj Mohammad said a permanent campus would be located in the Brunei-Muara District where two sites have been identified. “It will be ready in three years from now.
