Maybe the bottom of the bin thingy broke off and some locals put it back on without picking up and putting back in the receipts. HFMD and all, you know. ;P

I would really love to believe that but before I took this picture, I was waiting in the car for a very long time and people came and went and I saw with my own eyes.
Zoop goes the receipt and no one cares and to the ground it fell. But while I was waiting the receipt pile was a hill, (6-ish).
Then at night I went back there, (had an unexplainable craving for the Salmon Focacia at Coffeezone), saw the pile had turned into a mountain!
Snap went my camera.

Somehow I’m not surprised. If UBD classrooms are any indication, even good education doesn’t solve slobbery. At least Baiduri now gives us the no receipt option.
