How doyou find time to update every single day

Since puasa started, I have been getting bursts of ideas in the kitchen. The hunger, I tell you, the hunger brings forth inspiration. I keep on visualising shiny eating products that slide down the throat easilly.

By the way, I have accidentally discovered how to properly take food pictures using a friend’s camera. By properly I meant, pictures that makes people salivate instead of squint.

This is a picture of my favorite dish in the Airport Restaurant, Roti Kosong. No secret that they use a lot of Ghee. Practically melts in your mouth. However, I didn’t order this. My friend did, I only sneaked in a few bites because I was in the mood for something else.

Anyway it is served with the sinfully delicious Kari Ayam (below). My friend devoured every glistening piece of white meat hungrilly (well, not really, but she really should, it is delicious).

The reason why I didn’t order the Roti Kosong is because I was in the mood for something much more loaded with fats, cholestrol and animal fat which is the yummilicious Murtabak Daging. What can I say: the truth. The crunchy crust absolutely complements the invitingly warm and soft insides.

Drool.Another friend of mine ordered something totally defying the pseudo-Indian theme. Mac’n’Cheese. It was served with chopped olives, diced green and red bell peppers and a piece of buttery garlic bread.

Ahhhh. Food shots in the middle of the day during Ramadhan. Nothing else is better.

What say you to me opening up a food blog?

  1. You’re not kidding when you said you know how to take food pictures properly. They’re making me salivate, plus I don’t have to squint. Plain roti kosong pun sudah nyaman usulnya gila kali. 3 more hours to go.

Why would you want to open a food blog when you can’t even find time to update every single day? Lol. Blog sini saja, your blog’s famous already what. 😉

  2. Awa.. I don’t wanna curse everytime when I read your “food blog” eh.

But it will be nice if you can search the best food in Brunei and post it up. And complain and warn us the bad one too.

    Oh, the price too.
