Must. Blog.

The voices inside my head are telling me to at least update the blog with something before my readership dwindles down to two digits. While it is highly possible that nobody misses me, I AM ALIVE AND WELL.

I have been dwelling at a place where the Wi-Fi bombarded me daily aplenty but sadly, all of them are… password-protected. Thus, I spend my days cooking, pretending I am in the 30s, thin, famous, and knows how to rob a bank. All will be revealed in time.

What I have learnt this week:

  • It is apparently not that difficult to shop for costumes in Brunei.
  • Surfing using a non-3G, Symbian phone is easy and cheap. Also recommending the Gmail for Mobile, and mega fast and free phone browser OperaMini.
  • The new color for that circular piece of paper denoting paid valid road taxes is BROWN.
  • A certain degree of G-Force can be felt while sliding down a wet (and slippery with shampoo) birthday bouncer into a knee-deep (and freezing but bubbly) water. Caution: It can be addictive.
  • Lamb is the most beautiful and most delicious meat in the world.

I will be back perhaps next week. I am trying to soak up as much “holiday” that I can, before the UBD exam results comes out on the 9th January, 2007.
