One of my faaaaaavorite food items from Villa Mauri is the Fantasia di Maria, a molten chocolate cake plus pudding thing that literally gave me the shudders.
Today I tried making my own version of the cake, Fantasia di Maurina. Different as Vila Mauri’s one is infinitely better, my version is lighter and maybe less sinful, but delicious all the same!
I got the recipe from my favorite baking website. 😀
