LSM, Tina and I head u, after much consideration and discussion with a lecturer, here is the correct form: ALL. My fault for writing a linguistically ambiguous sentence, all of your theories of which is the correct form is plausible. My fault for the ambiguity. Sorry. Hehe. Now everyone can sleep at night.
Tina, yes, a lot of cuklit is used, but u can always cheat and use half cooking and half normal. I did that the first time because we ran out of cooking. Hehe. Well, great cooks are innovative! Hehe.
