Panfried Salmon with Lemon Butter

I’m very happy because I went to Hua Ho Tanjong Bunut just now and found this big ass piece of salmon selling for $4.00. πŸ˜€ Decide to panfry it and drown it in some lemon butter. Put a lot of salt on the fish before doing that so I get some nice and salty crispy skin. Had it with some mashed potatoes. πŸ˜€

Was yummy! And pretty much ready in 15-20 minutes.
