Last Saturday at my company’s annual dinner, my id photo that I took 5 years ago was flashed on screen in appreciation of my 5 years of service

It’s a very nice gesture! 😍

I also received a Waterman commemorative pen, a certificate, as well as a personalised plaque. 

  
So now, wiser-ish, what will I say to the fresh recruit, who has never had a proper job 5 years ago?

1. Trust your instincts 
2. Don’t second guess yourself- you are creative af
